I’ve read a number of reviews complaining about the finder scope. While I, too, find it hard to use, it works well for my son. He loves using it, and it’s teaching him how to set up his scope. So long as one thinks of it as a finder scope for kids (under 10 years old), it’s a nice addition to the scope.
